Can we supply you? …

All our items are made in-house using the highest quality local ingredients. We operate directly from the source where available. Each morning we bake fresh and finish by hand before delivering. Headed by Jamie Scott, we have a team of specialist bakers ensuring the quality of products each day.

We specialise in Danish-style pastries, viennoiserie, and long-proven sourdough. Our Team takes great pride in producing all our items. Our pastry is a mix of sourdough & yeast and is a labour of love over four days using Edinburgh Butter Co for quality and a cultured butter taste. Each pastry is precisely cut and hand-rolled. Our pastries are baked light, giving them a crispy outer and flaky inside. Our Bread takes three days using our long and slow sourdough starters to ensure the flavour profiles remain natural to taste. We shape it all by hand before its final overnight proof, then bake it fresh each morning before delivery.

Some items have been on our menus since opening and are firm favourites amongst our customers. However, we work very seasonally, and our menu changes alongside this to suit.
